Dark Kat (voiced by Brock Peters) is a character in SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron. He is the main arch-enemy for the SWAT Kats.
Personality
Dark Kat wants to destroy Mega Kat City and rename it Dark Kat City which would have no laws. Being highly intelligent and calculating he often anticipates his foes' and was with great accuracy, and its a recurring theme that all of his hideouts are rigged with explosives.
Appearance
Dark Kat is a purple skeleton with yellow-orange eyes and sharp black fingernails. he wears a gold colored ring with red on the top. He wears a black and red hooded coat that hangs down to just a couple inches above his feet.
