Two proposals recently made by Shamm2001.2 led to a permanent block on LoganM7 and User:DJPLUS.
A block was performed on LoganM7 after 5 of the participating users, including DJPLUS, came to an agreement that LoganM7 should be permanently blocked for his nearly 4,200 cases of vandalism while no administrators were active before April 2020. A decision to amend general rule #11 to allow users to be held accountable for vandalism created before April 21, 2020 was reached as well.
A block was also performed on DJPLUS, following substantial evidence found during investigations performed on the vandals of the Boomerang from Cartoon Network Wiki finding that he or she is likely a sockpuppet of DJ1999. This claim was not disputed by Snoopy The Dog. A decision has not yet been made on further discipline on DJ1999 for his or her creation of a sockpuppet. It is evident that there will likely be more time added to DJ1999's block on top of the 18 weeks assigned on December 29, 2020.
